For over 25 years our co-Founder has taught mindfulness based stress reduction and yoga techniques and written curricula for treatment centers, nonprofit agencies and schools that have shown through research to decrease stress and improve immune system.
Today Sharpen is releasing 16 of the stress management, mindfulness and yoga videos that are in our library, so individuals and families can participate at home using very simple and easy techniques.
