"In today's mindfulness activity we are focusing on our resilience and inner strength. In this brief clip, Dr. Stephen Hinshaw offers one definition for resilience: https://vimeo.com/135624950. Resilience can be bouncing back after an injury or difficult experience, and resilience can mean never getting sick (for example, being resilient to the common flu).
After reviewing the video clip, take a moment to journal and write down the following:
a. How do you define resilience?
b. Provide at least one example from your own life where you have shown resilience?
c. Are there any moments of adversity you have overcome in your life? How did you make it through those moments?
