Monthly relaxation technique #3 - Gratitude Meditation


Today's mindfulness activity is simply a quick reflection. Take a moment to center yourself by focusing on your breath.After 2-3 breathing cycles, bring to mind someone in your life for whom you are truly grateful.See if you can bring their likeness into your mind's eye. Send them a wish of gratitude or thanks as you slowly start to return to your day's activities.
