sharpenUP-Schools was developed in collaboration with researchers in developmental psychology, public health, and education. It is tailored to the opportunities and challenges of the K-12 experience for students, parents, faculty and administrators. sharpenUP! includes developmentally appropriate trainings and resources on the tough topics students may face, as well as lots of great information about social emotional skills building, stress management and resiliency. sharpenUp! also helps parents learn more about their child's journey and tips for managing their own work-life stress!
